Do you have lower back pain or tight shoulders? Are you interested in learning about effective self-massage? Foam rolling is a self care technique that you can easily do anywhere to relieve muscular tension & stress. In this workshop you will learn how to use a foam roller to reduce pain and chronic muscle tension, release and lengthen myofascial restrictions and gain greater flexibility.

Mary Lou Cerami, RYT will guide this workshop with clear, relevant and heartfelt attention & focus. Everyone is welcome to attend this all inclusive class.

Self-massage techniques on the foam roller open not only the muscles but also the connective tissue around the muscles. Explore how everything in the body is interconnected as we dramatically release tension throughout our body.
